I. Introduction to First Engineering Co., Ltd.
China Railway Tunnel Group First Engineering Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned comprehensive construction enterprise. Its predecessor was the * Engineering Division of the Tunnel Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. On November 8, 2002, it was restructured and reorganized into the * Engineering Division of China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd. On March 26, 2008, it was officially registered and established as China Railway Tunnel Group First Engineering Co., Ltd., and the company is located in Chongqing. The company currently has 10 specialized engineering branches, 1 overseas engineering company, 1 subsidiary (Tibet Construction Company), 1 equipment and materials supply branch, 1 testing branch, 1 labor service branch (Chongqing Suicheng Construction Labor Co., Ltd.), and a total of 9 regional headquarters in East China, South China, West China, North China, Central China, Southwest China, Chongqing, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, and Xiong'an.
The company has successively participated in the construction of more than 20 major railway trunk lines including Baocheng and Chengkun, as well as high-speed railways and passenger dedicated lines such as Yuqian, Hanghuang, Quning, Changgan, and Zhengwan. It has also participated in the construction of more than 70 domestic expressways. These include but are not limited to the Shamulada Tunnel on the Chengkun Line, the Qinling Tunnel on the Xikang Line, the Dabie Mountain Tunnel on the Hewu Expressway in Hubei, the Gangtou Tunnel in Kunming, the Yalu Expressway in Sichuan, the Naqian Expressway, the Cenxing Expressway in Guangxi, and the Boshen Expressway in Guangdong, among other key and difficult projects nationwide. The company has also participated in the construction of a number of key and difficult rail transit projects in Chongqing, Guiyang, and Dalian, as well as large domestic underground storage depot projects in Huangdao of Shandong, Huizhou of Guangdong, Zhanjiang LPG, Yantai, and Ningbo. The enterprise has won many national Luban Prizes, Zhan Tianyou Awards, National Quality Engineering Gold Awards, Golden Horse Awards, Special Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress, and many provincial and ministerial excellent engineering awards. It has been praised as a "pioneer of road opening" by Party and state leaders and as the "New Era Volunteer Army" by the People's Daily. II. Employment Method
University graduates (regular undergraduate) recruited by the company shall sign labor contracts with Chongqing Suicheng Construction Labor Co., Ltd. (salary, leave, training, development, and promotion are completely the same as those of First Engineering Co., Ltd. employees).
III. Introduction to Suicheng Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Suicheng Construction Labor Co., Ltd. was formerly the Labor Service Branch of the * Engineering Division of China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd. The company was originally named Xinxiang Zhongdao Labor Co., Ltd. and was registered and established as Chongqing Suicheng Construction Labor Co., Ltd. in March 2017.
