Yishan Enterprise is headquartered in Guangzhou, the central city with the most developed economy and transportation in South China. It is a professional auto parts company dealing in Isuzu (JMC, Qingling), Mazda, Honda, and newly added Toyota and Ford models in 2016.
Established in 1999, Yishan Company has grown from an initial team of 3 people to a large auto parts trading company with over 800 employees, thanks to years of hard work and development by the board of directors and all staff. Today, it enjoys high recognition and reputation in the industry. As of August 2017, Yishan Enterprise has 13 branches: Yitong Company, Yishan Store, Dayi Store, Yikai Auto Parts Trading Company, Bohai Store, Dongguan Branch, Foshan Branch, Nanchang Yishun Branch, Foreign Trade Yihong Company, Beijing Yijing Branch, Maoming Yihe Branch, and Hangzhou Branch. Each branch has clear objectives and operates independently with its own accounting, collectively forming a strong marketing network for Yishan Enterprise. The headquarters has a large parts warehouse covering over 80,000 square meters and a fully equipped foreign trade showroom, capable of meeting the product needs of a wide range of customers.
Under the board of directors are: Marketing Center (Isuzu Department, Mazda Department, Honda Department, Toyota Department, Ford Department, Foreign Trade Department), Supplier Management Center (Product Development Department, Product Procurement Department), Subsidiary Management Center (8 direct-sales stores), Warehouse Management Center, Administrative Management Center, Finance Department, and other departments. In 2015, the domestic economy continued to be sluggish with slowing growth, affecting the development of all industries. Most enterprises faced adverse effects such as oversupply, reduced rigid demand, and increasing operating costs.
Despite such a difficult environment, Yishan Enterprise maintained good growth in parts sales, with overall sales increasing by 13.5% year-on-year. Specifically, Isuzu increased by 5%, Mazda by 31%, and Honda by 23%. Foreign trade remained flat compared to the previous year despite the very adverse market environment.
Additionally, in 2015, Yishan Company's total procurement volume increased by 12% compared to 2014, with 34 new agency and distribution supporting brands added, and supporting products accounting for over 55% of total procurement.
2015 was also the second year of Yishan Enterprise's strategic reform. The Nanchang central warehouse was officially put into operation in August, the Ford Department was established in September, and the Toyota (domestic) project was initiated in October, allowing the company to expand horizontally in vehicle models.
After a year and a half of preparation, the Yishan Auto Parts Mall was officially launched in August, achieving a breakthrough in sales from 0 to 3 million.
Meanwhile, in 2015, Yishan Enterprise's foreign trade department added two overseas employees in South America and Africa, localizing foreign trade staff and accelerating penetration into the global auto parts trade market.
Time flies, and from 1999 to 2019, Yishan Enterprise has completed a full 19 years. Through 19 years of hard work and steady development, and 19 years of relentless pursuit of dreams, 18 years of effort have finally created the prestigious Yishan Enterprise we see today.
According to internal human resources statistics, Yishan Enterprise has 97 employees with over 7 years of service and more than 221 employees with over 4 years of service. Among them, 35 couples who met within the company have eventually married and are currently employed here, and the number is still increasing.
