2007年由原鱼化寨街道卫生院转型为雁塔区鱼化寨社区卫生服务中心，为公立非盈利性综合卫生健康服务机构，是西安市城镇居民医疗保险、西安市职工医疗保险定点医疗机构。现为现为国家“推荐标准”社区卫生服务中心，陕西省确立的“社区医院”，西安交通大学医学部大学生实践教育基地，西北大学医学院教学实践基地，陕西省保健协会健康教育基地，西安市示范社区卫生服务中心，西安交通大学附属医院医联体成员单位，西安市医院医联体成员单位，国际医学中心医院、高新医院医联体成员单位、区级文明单位、区级“青年文明号”单位和区卫生健康系统多年综合考评单位。 中心建筑面积5313.5平方米，设有门诊诊疗区、预防保健服务区、儿童保健区、健康体检区、中医药特色及康复诊疗区、专家门诊区、口腔及眼健康服务区、妇女保健和计划生育服务区，慢病老年人健康服务区和住院部；在以往基本医疗和公共卫生服务工作的基础上增加设置了智能化健康管理中心（体检科）、儿童保健门诊、儿童水疗室、儿童雾化室、中医康复理疗中心、产后康复室、眼健康服务室、层流手术室等群众所需的科室。
