上海之合玻璃钢有限公司成立于1998年，是上海市高新技术企业。公司总部设在浦东新区，临近上海浦东国际机场。现有研发、生产基地现占地60余亩、设有五个大型高性能雷达天线罩生产车间。公司员工200余名，其中中高级技术及管理人员占30%。
公司主要从事高性能雷达天线罩的开发、研制和批量生产。已生产出具有国内水平的高性能雷达天线罩型号有：CSZH-X-4.5、CSZH-X-5.9、 CSZH-C-6.5、 CSZH-C-7.2、CSZH-C-8.6、 CSZH-S-9.14、 CSZH- L –10.7、 CSZH-S-11.8、 CSZH-S(L)-15、CSZH/L(S)/17-12.75、 CSZH-L.S.X-20、 CSZH-L.S.X-23、CSZH/L/25-18.75 、CSZH-X-40、高性能雷达天线罩 。
