Hunan Urban Professional College is a non-profit full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education and established with the approval of the Hunan Provincial People's Government. The school's predecessor was Hunan Information Management Specialized College, founded in 1981, and was upgraded to a higher vocational college with the approval of the Hunan Provincial People's Government in 2007. More than forty years of craftsmanship accumulation and pioneering efforts have laid a solid foundation for the school's high-quality development. The school is located in the core area of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, known as the "Capital of Construction Machinery" and "Capital of Media Arts", and is committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and the digital economy.
