博爱康复中心是连云港市残疾人联合会定点康复机构，是集公益性、综合性、示范性为一体的儿童康复训练机构。中心专家团由多位知名权威儿童脑病康复专家组成，本着 博爱、人道、奉献 的精神和 不抛弃、不放弃 的宗旨，定期为儿童会诊，并拟定治疗方针，使脑病患者得到了正确的诊断与治疗。
