深圳航空有限责任公司（以下简称“深航”）于1992年11月成立，1993年9月17日正式开航。股东为中国国际航空股份有限公司、深国际全程物流(深圳)有限公司，主要经营航空客、货、邮运输业务。截止2015年12月31日,深航主体共拥有波音737，空客320、319等各类型客机165架，经营国内、国际航线近230条。
