浙江新苑建筑设计有限公司，创建于一九八八年，是国家建设部批准的乙级建筑设计单位，持有国家建设部颁发的乙级建筑工程设计证书。院现有人才配备完善，拥有建筑、风景园林、结构、给排水、电气、暖通、技术经济及计算机等专业技术人员80人。其中国家一级注册建筑师6人，国家一级注册结构师6人，；其他高、中级技术人员65人，形成了坚实的技术力量。我院现有业务范围包括建筑、景观和商业三大板块，建设项目涉及江西、衢州、江山、杭州、丹阳、睢宁、合肥、湖南、嘉兴、等地。
