国电哈密能源开发有限公司，是国电新疆电力有限公司在哈密投资的全资有限公司，注册成立于2009年4月。主要从事哈密地区煤炭、风电、火电、太阳能、建设及运营工作。煤炭项目经自治区人民政府同意，获取新疆吐哈盆地大南湖煤矿东5A勘查区（煤炭），面积60.7平方公里。风电项目09年7月与哈密地区发展改革委员会签订风电资源开发协议，风电开发区域4块，已安装测风塔四个，现加紧项目前期工作。
