This workshop has an ultra-high-power electric arc furnace, LF furnace and VOD furnace that can simultaneously satisfy refining and vacuum degassing, as well as VC vacuum casting process equipment. This workshop will also have a set of mechanical vacuum pumps imported from Germany, completely replacing the steam jet vacuum pump equipment used by other domestic factories. The converter steelmaking workshop can undertake blast furnace hot metal smelting and is equipped with refining furnaces and vacuum degassing furnaces, laying a solid foundation for Daye Branch to produce high-end steel products.
