Changsha Branch is an important regional company for the Group's long-term development layout in Hunan and Guizhou regions; relying on the Group's various resources, the Branch is responsible for market operation and development in the two provinces of Hunan and Guizhou.
Adhering to the business guiding ideology of "taking root in the lands of Hunan and Guizhou, actively and steadily developing", since its establishment, the Branch has achieved rapid expansion and leapfrog development in production and operation scale, from an annual output value of 80 million yuan at the beginning to 1.5 billion yuan, and annual newly signed contracts from 200 million yuan to 4 billion yuan; currently the Branch has 15 engineering project departments, with nearly 2.5 million square meters under construction.
Since entering the Hunan and Guizhou markets, the Branch has achieved good strategic cooperation with many nationally renowned developers such as Vanke Real Estate, Evergrande Real Estate, China Railway Real Estate, Shengtong Real Estate, and Fangxing Real Estate, laying a good foundation for the Branch's steady development.
