Wuhan Jinglun Electronics Joint-stock Co., Ltd., formerly known as Wuhan Jinglun Electronics Co., Ltd., was established on December 14, 1994. On March 29, 2000, with the approval of Hubei Provincial System Reform Commission (Document E Gai Gai [2000] No. 25), the company was wholly converted from a limited liability company into a joint-stock company. On May 29, 2002, upon the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (Zheng Jian Fa Xing Zi [2002] No. 36), the company publicly issued 31 million RMB ordinary A-shares to the public.
