The current head office is located at Rooms A, C, D, E, F, G, 18th Floor, Room G, 17th Floor, Rooms A, D, 19th Floor, Liangyou Building, No. 316 Xinhua Road, Jianghan District, Wuhan City.
Zhongxin Appraisal has been approved by the Department of Construction of Hubei Province to obtain the qualification of a first-class real estate appraisal institution, and approved by the China Real Estate Valuers Association to obtain the qualification of a nationwide land appraisal institution. It is a housing expropriation appraisal institution on state-owned land in Wuhan City.
Zhongxin Appraisal's affiliated institutions include Wuhan Zhongxin United Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Zhongxin Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd., possessing asset appraisal qualifications granted by the Department of Finance of Hubei Province and Grade B engineering cost qualifications granted by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Construction of Hubei Province.
