In the classification evaluation of securities companies, it has been rated as an A-class A-grade securities company for six consecutive years. As of the end of 2015, the company's net assets amounted to RMB 8.81 billion.

The predecessor of Guodu Securities began securities brokerage business as early as 1990 and underwriting business in 1992, and in 1992 established its first securities business department in Beijing - the Gongti Business Department.
