Shanghai Bohao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bohao Biotechnology") was established in December 2008. It is a high-tech enterprise primarily engaged in scientific and technological services, disease and health testing services, and the development and production of molecular testing products. At its inception, Bohao Biotechnology relied on Shanghai Biochip Co., Ltd. / National Engineering Research Center for Biochip Shanghai, establishing platforms for biochips, gene sequencing, biomarker screening and validation, molecular testing, biological sample analysis, and bioinformatics technology. The company was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise on December 6, 2011 (and passed the review in 2014); in March 2012, it was approved as a Pudong New Area Enterprise R&D Institution. In September 2015, the company completed its Series B financing, partnering with Tofflon (Securities Code: 300171) to directly target the precision medicine field, jointly opening a new landscape of "precision medicine, precision testing, and precision services."
Over the years, relying on its high-standard technology platforms and diverse service advantages, Bohao Biotechnology has provided systematic comprehensive biological research solutions to enterprises and research institutions both domestically and internationally. Currently, it provides technical services such as gene expression profiling, genotyping, comparative genomics, DNA methylation, miRNA, biomarker screening, and bioinformatics to more than 20 multinational pharmaceutical companies (including the top 10 multinational pharmaceutical enterprises) and over 5,000 domestic research institutions, hospitals, and others.
The company boasts a strong marketing team and sales network based in Shanghai, radiating across the country, having established fifteen offices in three major regions: North China, South China, and East China.
