Helenbergh China Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Helenbergh") is an expanding Chinese real estate developer with business coverage across the country, primarily developing residential properties, along with a small number of commercial properties and creative technology parks.

Helenbergh began its business in Guangdong Province in 1998 and established a stable market position in major cities in Guangdong, including Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Foshan, and Huizhou, in the early stages of its development. Leveraging its extensive experience in Guangdong, it has entered markets in some economically developed cities in China and established strategic national footholds.

As of June 2026, Helenbergh still owns 100+ projects at various stages of development, securing a presence in 34 cities across 12 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government, including the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Western China, and Central China.

Helenbergh focuses on the development and sales of residential properties. According to the company's business strategy, it has expanded into commercial properties and creative technology parks to increase the breadth and stability of its revenue sources. Helenbergh develops commercial properties for sale or for long-term investment and capital appreciation. Commercial properties mainly include shopping malls, office units, and retail units attached to residential properties. Additionally, Helenbergh designs, develops, and operates comprehensive creative technology parks in suburban areas in accordance with local government development plans.
