It is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by Yorozu Corporation of Japan, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and Baosteel Metal Co., Ltd. of China. The company is located on Quanli 2nd Road, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 100 mu. It mainly supplies suspension and connecting rod components to vehicle manufacturers such as Dongfeng Nissan and Guangzhou Honda. Annual sales are approximately 1 billion RMB.
Yorozu Corporation of Japan is an enterprise producing automotive chassis suspension systems, mainly supplying automotive companies such as Nissan, GM, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Fuji Heavy Industries, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Ford, Hino, and Renault. It has factories in Japan, North America, Guangzhou China, and Southeast Asia.
