It is a Sino-foreign joint venture dedicated to the research, development, and production of diamond tools, with products widely used in stone processing, construction, decoration, road engineering, and other fields. As a national high-tech enterprise, the company holds 49 national patents (including 9 invention patents), and a total of 8 product projects have been selected for programs such as the "National Key New Product Plan," the "National Torch Plan," the "Hubei Provincial Major Special Project for Technological Innovation and National Science and Technology Economic 2020 Key Special Project," and Wuhan scientific and technological achievement transformation projects. The company is headquartered in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with two production bases and one foreign trade company in China, and one production base in Thailand. In December 2020, the company established Wuhan Dinglong Huida Material Technology Co., Ltd. as a joint venture with the listed company Hubei Dinglong.

The ongoing "Annual Production of 500,000 CMP Dresser Discs for Integrated Circuits Project," with a planned investment of 250 million yuan, will break the industry monopoly of foreign enterprises in CMP dresser discs in the semiconductor materials industry, fill the gap in CMP polishing materials with independent intellectual property rights in China, and achieve substitution of key domestic materials.
