Hunan Equity Exchange

Hunan Equity Exchange Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Equity Exchange") was officially established in 2010 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise and a comprehensive financial service platform for equity registration and custody, equity financing, and trading of non-listed enterprises in Hunan Province, approved by the provincial people's government. It owns a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Provincial Equity Registration Management Center Co., Ltd.; and holds shares in subsidiaries including Hunan Provincial Financial Assets Exchange Center Co., Ltd., Xiangtan SME Comprehensive Service Center Co., Ltd., and Hunan Provincial SME Financing Service Joint-stock Co., Ltd. In November 2019, Xie Jianhui, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, visited Hunan Equity Exchange for investigation and clearly pointed out that the positioning of Hunan Equity Exchange is "two major platforms and five roles": the two major platforms are a comprehensive operation platform for policies serving small and micro enterprises and a direct financing platform for small and micro enterprises. The five roles are respectively the incubator for small and micro enterprises, the training base for enterprise talents, the gathering platform for social capital, the infrastructure for local finance, and a high-quality highland for comprehensive services.
