Before May 2003, it was a second-level subsidiary of Wuhan Chengkai Group. After the establishment of the Real Estate Group in May 2003, it became a second-level subsidiary of the Real Estate Group. In September 2020, with the reorganization and merger of Wuhan Urban Construction Group, the company was assigned to the engineering consulting sector, affiliated with Wuhan Engineering Consulting Department (Group).
