CQFAE

Chongqing Financial Assets Exchange Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CQFAE) was established in December 2010, approved by Document Yu Fu [2010] No. 119, and is one of the first exchanges in China to pass the filing of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference for the Cleanup and Rectification of Various Trading Venues of the State Council. Headquartered in Chongqing, it became a subsidiary of Ping An of China in March 2016 through an equity change, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. After joining the Ping An Group, CQFAE underwent technological transformation under the strategic deployment of Finance + Technology and Finance + Ecosystem, fully investing in the research and development of Smart Fiscal and Smart State-owned Assets Systems. The Smart Fiscal and Smart State-owned Assets System constructed by CQFAE, leveraging leading technologies such as blockchain and big data, achieved for the first time in China a comprehensive dynamic early warning, control, and monitoring of government public assets and liabilities, making significant innovations in strengthening local government debt management and deepening state-owned enterprise reform. The project has been implemented in more than ten cities including Nanning, Changsha, Shenzhen, and Harbin, successfully entering one-third of the provinces across the country, with other provinces actively advancing cooperation. The company has nearly 1,000 employees, of which the technology team has over 500 regular staff and more than 200 outsourced personnel; as of February 2019, it has 38 holders of PMP certificates, certified public accountants, and financial securities practice qualifications, and has applied for a total of 67 technology patents, of which 19 have been authorized. Based on Ping An of China's leading technological strength, CQFAE has achieved multiple important technological breakthroughs through independent research and development, focusing on advancing core technologies such as intelligent search engines, natural language processing, knowledge graphs, graph computing, and data visualization in frontier directions like artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.
