Jiangxi Construction Engineering * Construction Co., Ltd. is a time-honored national first-class construction enterprise, founded in 1952. It is one of China's Top 100 Most Growth-oriented Construction Enterprises and the only construction enterprise in Jiangxi Province to have won six "Luban Awards". It was the first in the province to pass the three international system certifications for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management. The company currently holds seven Grade I qualifications approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, including general contracting for housing construction projects and general contracting for municipal public works. Its business scope covers industrial and civil construction engineering, municipal public works, highway engineering, mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering, fire protection facilities engineering, steel structure engineering, foundation and groundwork engineering, building decoration engineering, glass curtain wall engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, landscaping engineering, international engineering contracting, and labor export. Over the past 60 years, the company has made outstanding contributions to key national, provincial, and municipal projects and has excellently completed many urgent, difficult, dangerous, and heavy construction tasks assigned by the provincial party committee and provincial government. In recent years, six projects it undertook, including the China Jinggangshan Cadre Academy and the new Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum, won the "Luban Award", China's highest quality award for construction engineering, making it the only construction enterprise in Jiangxi Province to have won six "Luban Awards". Among them, the new Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum was also rated as one of the "100 Classic and Excellent Projects for the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of New China" along with projects such as the Beijing Tiananmen building complex, making it the only enterprise in Jiangxi to currently hold this honor. In early 2012, in Jiangxi Province's first "Top Ten" building selection event, it exclusively won four of the ten spots, astonishing peers and attracting attention from all sectors. In addition, more than 100 projects have won provincial (ministerial) level high-quality engineering awards. Party and state leaders such as Zeng Qinghong, Li Yuanchao, and Meng Jianzhu have inspected key projects undertaken by the company multiple times and highly praised its work. From the end of 2012 to the beginning of 2013, the company completed the main construction task of 175,000 square meters for Section 1 of the Jiangxi Provincial Party and Government Organs Relocation and Exchange Project in just 100 days, creating a "Jiangxi Speed" for the new era, with quality reaching the "Azalea" Award standard, and was personally commended by Provincial Party Secretary Su Rong.
