Dahan Holding Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is a large cross-regional, cross-industry comprehensive non-public enterprise, mainly engaged in steel logistics, real estate development, and vocational education. At present, the company has nearly 2,000 employees and total assets of 6.5 billion yuan. Dahan Urban Construction Co., Ltd. is a first-level subsidiary of Dahan Holding Group Co., Ltd. specifically engaged in real estate development and comprehensive urban operations. With the vision of "being the * of China's urban construction," Dahan Urban Construction is committed to the urban construction and comprehensive operation of small and medium-sized cities, practicing the "Hundred Cities Strategy." Centering on county-level infrastructure construction, commercial market construction, and high-quality residential community construction, it has explored a chain development model for small and medium-sized towns: "build a good development road, construct a wealth-generating city, and create a warm garden" by investing enterprise funds, integrating commercial elements, and guiding commercial housing consumption concepts. In June 2007, an expert group from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China summarized Dahan Urban Construction's "one road, one city, one garden" development model as the "Dahan Model." By 2013, Dahan Urban Construction had established 30 project subsidiaries across Hunan Province, including in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Yueyang, Yiyang, Changde, Xiangxi, Huaihua, Loudi, Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Chenzhou, and other places, with an annual development area of more than 2 million square meters. Project formats include urban complexes, super five-star hotels, tourism real estate, and ordinary residences.
Through entry points in urban planning, investment in infrastructure, integration of commercial elements, and guidance of consumption concepts, Dahan Urban Construction rapidly advances urbanization and strives to practice the "Dahan Model" in 100 towns in China within 20 years, improving the quality of life for 100 million people.
