长治高科产业投资有限公司（以下简称“高科投”）成立于2009年6月25日，由长治市南烨集团和长治市国有工业资产经营公司出资组建，注册资本7.5亿元。高科投以垂直整合方式构筑LED全产业链，已建成LED蓝宝石晶体生长、蓝宝石切磨抛、外延及芯片、封装、电视白板五大项目，在建的华光照明、华杰显示屏、华光封装及华瑞照明将在2013年3月至6月陆续投产。
