Beijing Yima Xianfeng Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yima Xianfeng") is the production base, sales center, and technology development and service center in China of AC Propulsion, a U.S. company. Founded in 2010 in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, the company has a 50,000-square-meter R&D office building and factory, and is a Beijing municipal high-tech enterprise and a Zhongguancun high-tech enterprise. It has passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification. The company is dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of products such as electric vehicle drive motors and drive control systems, battery modules, and battery management systems. It works with domestic automakers to jointly develop various electric vehicle models and provides overall electric vehicle design solutions.
ACP was founded in 1992 and is dedicated to developing electric vehicle technology while providing products and engineering services to the automotive industry and other customers worldwide. In 1994, ACP's AC-150 system was introduced, an innovative 200-horsepower integrated drive system for compact mid-size sedans. The introduction of this innovative product demonstrated that high performance and high efficiency can be achieved simultaneously in the electric vehicle field. This product incorporates ACP's reduced integrated charging technology, providing 18KW charging capability with a minimal increase in components. In 1997, ACP launched its original tzero sports car at the Los Angeles International Auto Show, showcasing its superior performance to the world: 0 to 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds, with a range of 80-100 miles using lead-acid batteries. In 2003, ACP upgraded the tzero's battery technology to lithium batteries, achieving acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds and a range of 300 miles. The introduction of this technology directly facilitated the birth of Tesla. In 2006, ACP developed the eBox, the world's first electric vehicle capable of bidirectional vehicle-to-grid charging. We will continue to advance in the design and technology of electric and reverse charging systems. ACP's patents cover technologies in electric vehicle powertrains, charging, and battery management systems. ACP's headquarters, engineering center, and testing and trial production center are located in Santa Margarita, California, 30 kilometers east of Los Angeles.
