Anhui Guihang Special Steel Co., Ltd. was established in April 2010, and is a private steel enterprise engaged in ferrous metal smelting, special steel, and high-strength anti-seismic rebar rolling. The company is located in Qianjiang Industrial Park (provincial development zone), Guichi District, Chizhou City, covering an area of 2,200 mu, and mainly invests in the construction of the "Guihang Special Steel annual output of 3 million tons of special steel capacity replacement project."
Anhui Guihang Special Steel Co., Ltd.'s annual output of 3 million tons of special steel capacity replacement project is located in Qianjiang Industrial Park, Guichi District, Chizhou City, and is a key project of Anhui Province's "861 Action Plan." The project is an enterprise capacity replacement granted to Guihang Special Steel Co., Ltd. by the Anhui Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, in implementation of the national "Steel Industry Development Policy" and the spirit of the State Council General Office's "Several Opinions on Further Intensifying Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction and Accelerating the Adjustment of the Steel Industry Structure," to eliminate outdated processes and equipment within the province, and fully leverage the geographical advantage of being along the Yangtze River. This replaces an annual output of 3 million tons of special steel capacity, in line with the national steel industry's guiding principle of "developing large-scale plants while phasing out small ones, and laying out along rivers and coasts." The project plans to invest 8 billion yuan to build 3 sets of 1080m³ blast furnaces and their supporting production lines. Main production plants include: sintering plant, ironmaking plant, steelmaking plant, and rolling plant, with supporting construction of a logistics wharf, 110Kv substation, slag grinding plant, gas and residual heat residual pressure comprehensive power generation project, and dust removal and desulfurization facilities. The designed annual steel production capacity is 3 million tons.
