The company was founded in April 2007, focusing on the research and production of high-strength wear-resistant TS copper alloy materials, and the design and manufacturing of various pipe fittings and pipe bending molds.
At the beginning of its establishment, the company cooperated with the School of Materials of Nanchang University to establish a new copper alloy material research laboratory. The mechanical and physical properties of Dongchi TS copper alloy mold material are similar to beryllium bronze, and its wear resistance is significantly better than beryllium bronze. Once launched, it was highly praised by the industry and quickly accepted by the market. The Dongchi TS copper alloy system trademark has become a target of imitation in the market.
Dongchi TS copper alloy is suitable for all stainless steel product molds. With its excellent self-lubricating properties and thermal conductivity, it does not stick to the mold and does not scratch the product surface, eliminating the product polishing process, reducing costs, and obtaining products with perfect surfaces.
