中国移动通信集团设计院有限公司(ChinaMobileGroupDesignInstituteCo.,Ltd）是中国移动通信集团有限公司的直属设计企业，中国移动四大研发机构之一的“网络规划与设计优化研发中心”。公司发展历史可以追溯到1952年，历经邮电部北京设计所、邮电部北京设计院、中京邮电通信设计院、信息产业部北京邮电设计院、京移通信设计院有限公司，2001年正式划归中国移动通信集团公司。公司是中国工程咨询协会副会长单位，中国工程标准化协会通信委员会的组建单位，北京市高新技术企业。被北京市科委和北京市科技咨询业协会评为北京首批科技咨询“信誉单位”，连续数年跻身建设部组织评选的中国勘察设计单位综合实力百强行列。近年来，在中国通信企业协会组织的评选活动中，连续被评为“全国通信行业用户满意企业”及“先进通信设计企业”。
