Founded in 2002, Fengshen Group is headquartered in Fengshen Commercial Center, Fengshen Avenue, Huadu District, Guangzhou. It has more than 30 wholly-owned, holding, and participating companies, with businesses spanning real estate, sports tourism, automobile sales and services, car rental, auto parts manufacturing, and other industries.
Fengshen Group has solely invested in the development of commercial real estate projects such as Fengshen Commercial Center and Sunshine Apartment in Huadu Automobile City, and has co-developed multiple residential communities with strategic partners such as Poly and Xinfu in cities including Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, and Xiangyang.
In Guangzhou, Fengshen Group has solely invested in the Fengshen Golf Club, themed on sports and tourism. Located in the Fei'eling Mountains at the core area of Huadu Automobile City, the club consists of a 36-hole golf course and supporting facilities. It is one of the few courses in China that received certification from the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program as a "36-hole Cooperative Habitat Golf Course" upon its initial completion, and has been honored with titles such as "China's Top Ten Golf Courses" and "Guangdong Landmark Golf Course". It has hosted international events including the China Amateur Tour, HSBC Youth Golf Championship, China-Asia Pacific Cup, and PGA Tour China. The club also features a driving range and an organic agricultural estate.
Under Fengshen Group, there are 17 automobile 4S dealerships distributed across provinces including Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, and Gansu, covering brands such as Dongfeng Nissan, Venucia, Dongfeng Honda, and Dongfeng Peugeot.
Fengshen Auto Rental Co., solely owned by the Group, primarily provides car rental services to enterprises and public institutions, operating in cities such as Guangzhou, Foshan, Xiangyang, and Zhengzhou.
Guangzhou Rixing Auto Parts Co., solely owned by the Group, mainly supplies auto parts to OEMs and the aftermarket.
Additionally, Fengshen Group has introduced dozens of industrial, commercial, academic, and research entities and institutions to the local area, planned and participated in organizing automotive forums, and led the establishment of an automobile industry association.
