Wuhan Zhongce Shengtu Remote Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the full-process technical services and research and development of geographic information data acquisition, processing, and application. Its main business includes low-altitude UAV, aerial, and aerospace remote sensing image acquisition, processing, and value-added services, serving various sectors of the national economy, including surveying and mapping, land resources, agriculture, planning, transportation, water conservancy, electric power, etc. The company was jointly established by Wuhan University and Zhongce Xintu (Beijing) Remote Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. in 2009. It is a software enterprise certified by the Hubei Provincial Software Association, holds four Grade A surveying and mapping qualifications in aerial photogrammetry, photogrammetry and remote sensing, geographic information systems, and cadastral surveying and mapping, as well as Grade B surveying and mapping qualifications in geographic information system engineering supervision, engineering surveying, and real estate surveying and mapping. It has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, environmental management and occupational health and safety management system certifications (ISO14001, OHSAS18001), and high-tech enterprise recognition. The company is one of the earliest enterprises in China to provide UAV data processing technical services and software and hardware systems. It possesses multiple sets of the Digital Photogrammetric Grid (DPGrid) system developed under the leadership of Academician Zhang Zuxun of Wuhan University, and has cumulatively completed the data processing of hundreds of thousands of images. It has technical capabilities in rapid processing of massive aerospace and aerial remote sensing data from aerial photography to mapping, full-process technical services, surveying and mapping and geographic information system research and development, and application services. The company, together with Wuhan University, established the 'Hubei Province University-Enterprise Jointly Built Zhongce Shengtu Wuhan University UAV Earth Observation Technology Research and Development Center' to develop and promote new low-altitude UAV remote sensing technologies. The company is a 3551 talent enterprise of the East Lake High-tech Development Zone. It independently developed the 'Remote Sensing Image Change Detection Based on Intelligent Interaction' software, and in accordance with the technical specifications of the Ministry of Agriculture and Hubei Province for rural land confirmation, independently developed rural land confirmation data inspection software that can automatically output household registration forms, registration books, contracts, and warrant templates. In recent years, the company has participated in national key surveying and mapping projects such as the 'Second National Land Survey' and the 'Western Mapping Project,' the latter of which won the Top Ten Platinum Award for National Excellent Surveying and Mapping Projects in 2012. On the basis of providing low-altitude UAV imagery and aerial imagery data acquisition and processing services, the company has actively expanded its business to include 3D geographic information system research and development, UAV aerial photography, 3D product (image maps, digital line graphs, digital elevation models) production, geographic national conditions census and monitoring, remote sensing monitoring, engineering surveying, real estate surveying, land consolidation, and confirmation and certification of rural land contractual management rights, achieving excellent results.
