Currently, due to business development needs, the company is recruiting for the following positions: High-speed Sewer: several (experienced, salary: ¥3,200-¥3,700/month) Flat Sewer: several (experienced, guaranteed piece-rate: ¥2,500-¥5,000/month) Table Worker: several (no experience required, guaranteed piece-rate: ¥2,000-¥4,000/month) Hardware Worker: several (experienced, guaranteed piece-rate: ¥2,500-¥3,500/month) Dispatch/Receiving Clerk: several (salary: ¥2,600-¥2,900/month) Computer Sewing Operator: several (guaranteed piece-rate: ¥2,500-¥3,500/month) Packer: several (guaranteed piece-rate: ¥2,500-¥3,500/month) Thread Trimmer: several (salary: ¥2,000-¥2,400/month) Pattern Maker: 1 (salary: ¥5,000-¥6,500/month) Sample Room Table Worker: 1 (salary: ¥3,200-¥3,500/month, with commission) Sample Room Warehouse Keeper: 1 (salary: ¥2,300-¥3,000/month) Workshop Statistician: 1 (proficient in computer use; salary negotiable) IE Pricing Specialist: 1 (salary: ¥4,000-4,500/month) QC: several (salary: ¥2,500-¥3,200/month) Warehouse Keeper: 2 (salary: ¥2,300-¥3,100/month) Cost Accountant: 1 (must be proficient in office software and ERP software, relevant experience preferred; salary negotiable) Foreign Trade Salesperson: several (college degree or above, CET-4 or above, with foreign trade sales experience; salary negotiable) Security Guard: several (veterans preferred; salary negotiable) All above positions are calculated on a guaranteed piece-rate basis. Notes: 1. The factory environment is pleasant, with air conditioning in workshops and dormitories; free accommodation and meals are provided, hot water available all day in dormitories, equipped with private bathrooms and Wi-Fi; 2. Benefits include full attendance bonus, seniority bonus, overproduction bonus, and performance bonus, with at least 4 rest days per month; 3. Various daily necessities are distributed monthly; birthday parties are held for employees born in the month; 4. All wages are settled at the end of the year; 5. Subsidy of ¥150/person/month for off-site housing rental, and ¥200/person/month for those who do not eat at the company; 6. A reward of ¥200/person for introducing experienced employees who work for at least 3 months.
