本公司(工厂)是通过ISO9001的企业，设备先进，技术力量雄厚，建立了CAD/CAE/CAM中心。主要加工设备有CNC加工中心，HC-2000三坐标测量仪、电火花成型机、线切割普通机床以及100T-2500T注塑机。专业设计和制造连体桶洗衣机、汽车仪表台和前后保险杠、12-34英寸电视机、摩托车、空调、电冰箱等注塑模具，设计开发生产环保塑料产品和体育用品以及可以根据客户要求三维设计各种结构复杂、科技含量较高的其它注塑模具等。已为华凌、志高、日立、康佳、TCL、南海华达、东方等厂家设计生产过各种分体式柜空调模具，以及NEC、VIDEOCOM等多家电视机生产商，具有丰富的设计和加工空调、电视机模具的经验。大型和精密模具均采用进口元件的热流道和DME设计加工。
