广西师范大学（Guangxi Normal University）是广西壮族自治区属重点大学，其前身可追溯至 1932 年创立的广西省立师范专科学校。学校设有王城、育才、雁山三个校区，整体占地面积较大。校内设有 22 个教学学院，本科专业开设丰富，涵盖文学、理学、工学等 11 大学科门类。学校师资队伍庞大，教职工与专任教师人数充足，其中具有高级职称教师占比颇高。学校始终将教师教育作为重点发展方向，是广西培育本科学历教师人才的关键基地。近年来，学校在学科建设、科研探索等方面成绩斐然，是广西 “双一流” 建设高校之一。
