威海经济技术开发区建筑设计院成立于1993年9月，位于经济技术开发区海滨南路9号富城大厦，现有职工32名，主要从事工业及民用建筑设计、城市规划设计、市政工程设计，城市规划设计咨询，地形图的测量，对外晒图等业务。主要工程设计人员24名，其中高级工程师5名，一级注册结构师2名，一级注册建筑师2名，二级注册建筑师1名，设备师3名，各专业技术人员配套齐全，现已取得建筑工程设计乙级、规划丙级资质。经过十四年的发展，设计院现已拥有一千多平方米的办公楼，固定资产达五百多万元。设计院一直以热情主动、服务周到、设计先进、经济合理、质量优良为准则，努力创新，满足建设单位要求，质量合格率达100%。
