武警河南省总队医院诞生在战火纷飞的抗美援越战场上,前身是解放军764野战医院，始建于1964年9月，1982年9月移交武警河南总队，1985年从河南省临汝县迁入现址。医院占地96亩，固定资产2亿多元，现有30个科室，展开床位700张。设有武警部队眼科研究所、肝胆结石治疗中心、嵴柱外科治疗中心，颈肩腰腿痛治疗中心和计划生育技术服务指导中心。
