Chongqing Chuyu Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuyu Company") is a state-owned enterprise under the Sichuan Reserve Materials Administration, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan and independent legal person status, mainly engaged in the wholesale of refined oil products. The company has six departments: General Office, Finance Department, Sales Department, Procurement and Allocation Department, Retail Management Department, and Business Development Department. In 1992, it became one of the first batch of refined oil wholesale enterprises approved by the Ministry of Commerce. It owns one operating oil depot, two star-rated gas stations with monthly sales exceeding 500 tons, and one skid-mounted station. In 2013, it acquired the Longchang Baichuantong oil depot and has closely cooperated with many large enterprises such as Chongqing Expressway Group, Chongqing Transportation Group, and Jiangsu Haide in the field of refined oil circulation. It has established and operated 7 joint ventures, with a comprehensive annual output value of over 4 billion yuan.
