(hereinafter referred to as "Zhengtong Auto") was founded in 1999. As a leading luxury car brand dealership group, Zhengtong Auto is committed to distributing luxury and ultra-luxury automobile brands such as BMW/MINI, Audi, Land Rover/Jaguar, Volvo, imported Volkswagen, and Porsche. In addition, the company also operates mid-to-high-end brands such as Dongfeng Nissan, Dongfeng Honda, Buick, Beijing Hyundai, and Chevrolet. To further strengthen close cooperation with automobile manufacturers and assist the automobile dealership business, Zhengtong Auto established a logistics service business in 2002. After the acquisition, Zhengtong Auto became the core dealer of four major luxury brands in China: BMW, Audi, Land Rover/Jaguar, and Volvo. As of the end of October 2013, Zhengtong Auto had 91 dealership outlets across 14 provinces and 30 cities in China. The coverage areas include large mature automobile markets such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, as well as high-growth, low-penetration markets such as Inner Mongolia, Hunan, Hubei, and Jiangxi.
