  Hubei Hengfeng Construction Co., Ltd. was established in May 1993. Its predecessor was Xiaogan Hengfeng Construction and Installation Engineering General Company, a state-owned enterprise directly under the Xiaogan Municipal Construction Committee. In March 2004, with the approval of the Xiaogan Municipal People's Government, it successfully completed restructuring and privatization, and on July 1, 2004, it was officially renamed Hubei Hengfeng Construction Co., Ltd.
  The company currently holds 12 qualifications of various types: National First-Class General Contracting for Housing Construction Engineering; Second-Class General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Construction; First-Class Professional Contracting for Building Decoration Engineering; First-Class Professional Contracting for Foundation Engineering; First-Class Professional Contracting for Building Curtain Wall Engineering; First-Class Professional Contracting for Fire Protection Facilities Engineering; First-Class Professional Contracting for Building Electromechanical Installation Engineering; First-Class Professional Contracting for Waterproof, Anti-Corrosion and Thermal Insulation Engineering; Second-Class Professional Contracting for Steel Structure Engineering; Third-Class Professional Contracting for Environmental Protection Engineering; Construction Labor Qualification (no grade); Professional Contracting for Formwork and Scaffolding (no grade); and design and construction of security engineering. The enterprise has a registered capital of 51.6 million yuan and total assets of 193.68 million yuan. It currently has 350 technical and management personnel with senior, intermediate, and junior titles, including 21 First-Class Constructors; 56 Second-Class Constructors; 5 Cost Engineers; 1 Supervision Engineer; and 368 skilled workers.
  In 2007, the company passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certification; in 2011, it passed ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System certification and GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.
  In recent years, the company has undertaken many large and medium-sized projects, including the Beida Hongcheng Commercial Complex, Xiaogan Sports Fengjing Residential Community, Xinjiang Urumqi Mingyuan Community, Midong District Gumudi Town Shangshahe Phase III Resettlement Building -- Shahe Jingxiuyuan, Bogda Shangri-La Community, Zhonghao Oriental International City, Hanguang Technology Industrial Park, Anlu City Maohe Upstream Renovation and Both Banks Landscape Supporting Project, Xiaonan District Economic Development Zone High-tech Zone No. 1 Road Municipal Project, and Xiaogan Dongcheng Middle School Sports Field. In 2014, it achieved a construction and installation output value of 500 million yuan. The one-time acceptance qualification rate of the projects it undertook was 100%, and the contract performance rate was 100%, receiving unanimous praise from construction units and competent authorities.
