Our predecessor is a well-known retail enterprise in Hubei Province — Xiangyang Good Neighbor Chain Supermarket Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1999 and has established multiple nationwide procurement centers in Shanghai, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, and other places. The company currently has 95 chain supermarkets and a large shopping plaza of over 40,000 square meters. At the same time, it is equipped with a large modern logistics distribution center with the largest normal temperature warehouse of over 300,00 square meters and low temperature warehouse of over 200,00 square meters in northwestern Hubei. The strong logistics distribution capability ensures timely supply and efficiency of goods for each store. Xiangyang Good Neighbor Chain Supermarket is not only a leading commercial enterprise in northwestern Hubei, but also an undertaking enterprise of the 'Ten Thousand Villages and Thousand Towns Market Project' jointly implemented by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance of China, responsible for the construction of rural commercial outlets in Hubei Province, with current annual sales of over 3 billion yuan.
