Changan Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established on September 5, 2011, with a registered capital of RMB 270 million. The Company's shareholding structure is as follows: Changan International Trust Co., Ltd. holds 29.63% of the Company's total equity, Hangzhou Jinglin Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) holds 25.93%, Shanghai Hengjia Meilian Development Co., Ltd. holds 24.44%, Five-Star Holding Group Co., Ltd. holds 13.33%, and Equipment Group Finance Co., Ltd. holds 6.67%.
