山西瑞恒化工有限公司是以生产烧碱和聚氯乙烯树脂为主的化工企业，公司是山西襄矿集团下属子公司。公司规划产能年产60万吨聚氯乙烯、60万吨烧碱，一期项目2008年开工建设，2010年10月建成投产。二期年产40万吨聚氯乙烯、40万吨烧碱项目概算总投资23亿元，工程总占地991亩，于2013年5月开工建设，计划2017年建成投产。项目投产达效后，公司生产规模将跃居全省*，年可实现产值50亿元以上，新增劳动就业1200余人。
