Shanghai Xingsheng Fire Protection Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Xingsheng Fire Protection Engineering Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1989. It currently has 470 employees, including more than 50 senior and intermediate engineering technicians and more than 20 Class I constructors. On October 8, 2008, the company was among the first batch to obtain the Class I qualification certificate for fire protection facility engineering design and construction issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China; in November 2003, the company passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification and the GB/T28001-2001 occupational health and safety management system certification; on July 20, 2011, Xingsheng Fire Protection officially established a group company, comprising Shanghai Xingsheng Fire Protection Group Co., Ltd. (the parent company), Shanghai Hengjiu Engineering Technology Consulting Services Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baosheng Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinsheng Fire Protection Maintenance Services Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Xingsheng Electromechanical Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. as four subsidiaries, as well as Shanghai Xingsheng Fire Protection Group Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Branch, Chongqing Branch, Zhejiang Branch, Anhui Branch, and Beijing Branch. Xingsheng Fire Protection has become a comprehensive group integrating fire protection design, consulting, construction, testing, maintenance, and intelligent systems. At the same time, the company has been rated AAA enterprise credit grade by the bank, rated as a contract-abiding and credit-worthy enterprise by the municipal administration for industry and commerce with an AAA contract credit grade, and has also won the titles of Model Enterprise in the fire protection industry and "Three-Star Creditworthy Enterprise."
The group's parent company has a Marketing Department, a Technical Supervision Department, an Engineering Management Department, a Maintenance Service Department, and an Office. The Marketing Department is responsible for marketing planning, market development, business negotiations, and contract signing; the Engineering Management Department is responsible for on-site construction installation and construction management; the Technical Supervision Department is responsible for preparing project budgets and final accounts, technical consulting, design, equipment and material procurement, and construction quality supervision.
