昆山因诺泰克汽车零部件有限公司（因诺泰克-inautek)2011年9月作为生产贸易型企业成立。公司于2012年正式投产，主要生产汽车底盘耦合杆，主要的客户为上汽大众、一汽大众、上海通用等。
2016年，德国慕贝尔集团100%收购因诺泰克之前所在的inauxa集团；因诺泰克于2016年12月1日正式整合进入慕贝尔的中国区组织结构，并成为慕贝尔中国区底盘事业部的业务单元之一。
