The shareholders of the company are key personnel at or above the director level of the Auto and Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce under the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), with a capital contribution of 230 million yuan and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The establishment of the company aims to contribute to the development and construction of "Jiuzhou International Auto and Motorcycle City" and the upgrading of the market cluster in Chongqing's auto and motorcycle parts circulation sector.

It is a flagship commercial headquarters in western China integrating display, trading, business offices, warehousing, logistics, and e-commerce for automobiles, motorcycles, complete machines, and parts, including auto and motorcycle parts professional exhibition areas, office buildings, business apartments, intelligent warehousing areas, logistics distribution centers, and other property types. The project will be built into an international procurement center for Chongqing auto and motorcycle parts, a foreign trade port for western China's auto and motorcycle parts, a professional talent training base in the auto and motorcycle industry, an agricultural machinery and garden machinery research and development promotion base, an online logistics distribution center, and an e-commerce portal.
