Chongqing Zhimao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Shuangfu Industrial Park, Jiangjin City, Chongqing. The company was founded in August 2004 and is an automotive exhaust system parts manufacturing company integrating "development, production, and sales." The company currently has more than 180 employees and an annual output value of over 100 million RMB. After implementing the standard in August 2006, it obtained the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification issued by Shanghai Yinggeer Certification Company, and passed the reexamination in July 2007. The company began implementing the ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Management System in May 2008. Through effective operation, it successfully passed third-party certification and obtained the certificate in May 2009, and passed the annual TS reexamination in April 2010;
Our company has the ability to independently design and manufacture molds, fixtures, and gauges, as well as develop new products. We are proficient in using industrial software such as CATIA, UG, AutoCAD, and CAXA to interface with customers on product data. With our advantage in independently designing and developing molds, we are willing to share the risks of new product development with customers and establish a honest and mutually beneficial cooperative relationship with them.
The company currently has more than 60 production equipment units, including punch presses (35T to 160T), hydraulic presses (200T to 315T), roll spot welding machines, multi-point welding machines, double-end capping machines, core press-fitting machines, CNC lathes, grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, and shielded welding machines. Since 2010, our company's newly invested automatic production line for muffler assemblies has been successfully mass-produced, with an annual output of 100,000 sets. In order to meet the needs of increasing new customers and continuously developing new products, the company is about to invest in production equipment such as punch presses above 200T and CNC lathes. It has now invested in building a new factory of about 10,000 square meters to expand the scale of stamping and welding products, which is expected to be officially put into use in May 2010;
In accordance with the requirements of the market economy, the company has created an economic entity adapted to market operations. Over the past few years, it has mainly produced purifiers, mufflers, and other exhaust system parts for "Tenneco Lingchuan Automotive Exhaust System Co., Ltd. (mainly supplying Changan Ford and Changan Suzuki automobile assembly plants)" and "Chengdu Lingchuan (mainly supplying Changan Automobile and Changan Suzuki automobile assembly plants)." Other customers such as Chengdu Huachuan, Dajiang Stamping, Chongqing Jianshe, Changan Lingyun, and Chongqing Haite have all established supporting relationships with mass-produced products. In June 2010, our company passed the secondary inspection by Faurecia China Emissions Technology Shanghai Headquarters and has become a potential supplier of the company;
