Huahui Group

Huahui Group (*) was founded in 1977. It is a platform enterprise focused on urban construction, with engineering design consulting as its core, engaged in the full-process services and investment of engineering construction. As an expert in urban construction, Huahui is dedicated to urban development, value creation, and people-oriented principles. It was recognized as one of the national "Top Ten Private Survey and Design Enterprises" at the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, was designated as a national high-tech enterprise in 2010, has been listed three times among the "Top 60 Chinese Contractors and Engineering Design Enterprises", and has ranked eight times among the "Top Ten Private Design Enterprises in China". It is the chair unit of the Private Design Enterprise Branch of China Exploration and Design Association.

It has formed systematic service capabilities including planning, strategy, feasibility study and evaluation, survey, design consulting, project management, general engineering contracting, and investment (PPP), construction, and operation of related projects. Huahui has become a comprehensive consulting group dedicated to the sustainable development of urban construction in China.

At the same time, it maintains extensive cooperation with many excellent professional design institutions in Europe, America, Japan, and other regions. Over the years, in various planning, consulting, and engineering designs completed, it has won over 300 ministerial, provincial, and municipal awards; obtained more than 60 patents, including nearly 20 invention patents; and holds industry-leading positions in fields such as tourism planning, commercial complexes, landscape architecture, cultural buildings, elderly architecture, project management, and general engineering contracting.
Adhering to people-oriented principle. In response to the people-oriented operational characteristics of technology-based enterprises, Huahui has formed a corporate culture with "Common Enterprise, Common Cause" as its core value through property rights system design, and promotes employee growth mechanisms based on product business units and internal project companies. Huahui actively undertakes corporate citizen responsibilities and initiated the establishment of "Zhejiang Huahui Foundation for Building a Better Life", becoming the first public welfare organization in Zhejiang Province dedicated to funding education and scientific research in the field of urban-rural construction, and promoting green, low-carbon, and environmental protection.
