MMARY
This position will reside in the Property Research & Intelligence team will initially report directly to the SeniManager, Property Research & Intelligence, MarCommRsch based in APAC. The Analyst is responsible fgathering, validating, & aggregating specific datasets. This includes documenting sources, validating data, integrating data C&W databases. This roles’ primary responsibilities include the collection, aggregation, & validation of data in a consistent timely manner working closely with the local research teams market experts across the country across service lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
o Assists with updates to proprietary commercial real estate database
o Execute processes to gather datasets across a variety of internal external sources
o Aggregate, validate cleanse data fimplementation C&W databases
o Work with internal external data providers to refine streamline processes
o Physically canvases phone canvases buildings tenants inder to populate tenant building database ensuring consistent quality capture on all pertinent fields
o Proactively routinely updates maintains property databases
o Captures lease sale comparable information performing research where possible sending local Research teams questions where needed to ensure full capture
o Maintains exclusive listings
o Follows up on availability, lease, sale surveys by doing Internet research calling other commercial real estate agents to ensure proper capture of all required fields
o Champion, as applicable, the data gathering validation of Cushman & Wakefield strategic initiatives both internal client driven
o Participate, as applicable, in the development of strategies, standards best practices in the areas of data analysis data aggregation within Cushman & Wakefield’s big data analytical platforms
o Assist in the quarterly reporting process including the collection of quarterly market data from local teams across APAC, ensuring data is of required quality added relevant internal systems to required timescales
o Assist in the delivery of data to external clients, ensuring data is accurate provided in a timely manner

Role will initially report to the following:
o Solid line reporting to SeniManager – Property Research & Intelligence, APAC

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience should include:
o BA/BS required
o Experience in commercial real estate industry, property markets research-related field preferred
o Experience in data entry/data management data quality
o Ability to aggregate, harmonize rationalize various data sources
o Professional acumen, understanding of commercial real estate
o Strong project managementganizational skills
o Awareness of Business Intelligence tools

岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Responsible fXPS sample preparation, instrument operation, routine sample analysis, data processing, data review, writing experimental reports; guarantee good TAT; responsible fthe development of new analysis methods fXPS.
负责XPS的样品制备，设备操作，常规样品的分析测试，数据处理及数据review，撰写实验报告；保证良好的TAT；负责XPS新分析方法的开发工作。
2.Should be able to operate a XPS testing instrument work in the lab environment independently.
具备独立使用XPS分析设备和进行相关实验室工作的能力；
3. Have a strong technical communication ability with customers, can fully understcustomer needs; can provide the corresponding test plan offer a real effective test report according to customer’s request.
具有较强的与客户在技术方面沟通的能力，能充分理解客户需求；能依据客户的需求提供相应的测试方案并出具真实有效的测试报告。
4.Can prepare samples carry out a peer review of the reports as when required.
应在需要时能根据要求制备样品并对报告进行同行评审。
5.Write SOP fXPS operation maintenance, train related people. Do a good job of XPS instrument calibration, quality control, period verification other work to ensure the accuracy precision of the XPS data, make the whole XPS test process data are in line with the provisions of ISO/IEC 17025.
撰写设备操作及维护SOP、同时对相关人员进行培训。做好XPS仪器的校准、质控和期间核查等工作，确保XPS测试数据的准确性，使整个XPS测试流程和数据都符合17025的规定。
6.Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the Employees manager from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position work capabilities

任职要求Essentials
1.Majin chemistry, physics material science, bacheldegree above. Familiar with material science chemistry base knowledge, experience in semiconductwill be given preference.
化学专业, 物理专业或材料专业等相关专业背景，本科以上学历，熟悉化学与材料科学基础知识。有在半导体领域经验者优先考虑。
2. At least 3 years’s XPS experience is required，Experience in a large fab is a plus
3年以上XPS经验为必备条件，大厂经验为加分项。
3.Integrity, hard-working, can work under pressure，can accept Overtime, Shift Weekend/Holiday work arrangements.
