出口业务岗位职责

公司发展国内市场，需招出口业务人员。 
 
基本要求： 
1、需要有2年以上卫浴类销售经验，对卫浴行业比较了解； 
2、沟通能力较强，良好的职业素养； 
3.英语六级以上 
 
工作内容：拓展市场，跟进客户，了解客户需求，提供解决方案，促成合作。 
 
待遇：基本底薪4000-5000+业务提成+绩效奖励+年终奖励（薪酬可面谈，高薪诚聘） 
 
上班时间：早8:30-12：00，晚,13:30-17:30.周休1天，节假日休，购买社保。

岗位职责
1. 负责废铜、废铝、废铁等有色金属以及废塑料等产品的国外采购业务和国内销售业务。
2. 开拓国际市场，联系海外客户，促成业务合作，寻求订单，完成业绩指标。
3. 了解客户需求，发掘潜在客户，分析市场趋势，组织对国外行业市场信息、客户信息的搜集、整理，把握客户需求。
4. 有效维系客户资源及客情关系，促进订单增长。
岗位要求
1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽要求。
2. 工作经验要求：有3年以上废铜、废铝、废铁等有色金属以及废塑料等产品进出口工作经验；熟悉上述产品国际市场运行状况，熟悉有色金属行情。
3. 语言要求：英语可作为日常沟通语言，熟练使用英语进行书面和口头沟通，除英语以外还掌握其他小语种可加分。
4. 能力要求：熟悉国际贸易法律和合同，熟悉《联合国国际货物销售合同约》（CISG）、信用证（LC）规则、国际结算方式（如T/T、D/P）等，熟悉进出口贸易操作流程。
5. 资源要求：有较丰富、固定的客户和渠道资源优先。
薪酬：底薪+提成，有资源和背景的面议。
Import Export Business Manager
Job responsibilities
1. Responsible fthe overseas procurement domestic sales of non-ferrous metals such as scrap copper, scrap aluminum, scrap iron, waste plastics.

Job requirements
1. Educational requirements: Bachelors degree above, with relaxed requirements fparticularly outstanding candidates.
2. Work experience requirements: More than 3 years of experience in the import export of non-ferrous metals such as scrap copper, scrap aluminum, scrap iron, waste plastics; Familiar with the international market operation status of the above-mentioned products familiar with the non-ferrous metal market.
3. Language requirements: English as a daily working language proficient in both writtenal, proficiency in other languages can be an asset.
4. Ability requirements: Familiar with international trade laws contracts, familiar with the United Nations Convention on Contracts fthe International Sale of Goods (CISG), letter of credit (LC) rules, international settlement methods (such as T/T, D/P), etc., familiar with import export trade operation processes.
5. Resource requirements: Priority will be given to person who has abundant customer channel resources.
Salary: base salary+commission, negotiable based on resources background.

主要工作职责：
1、运用各类工具、渠道独立开发客户，并制定相关营销策略（中东、西亚、北非、拉丁美洲等市场）；
2、收集、分析行业业务数据，制定相关营销策略并实施完成公司制定的新车及二手车的出口目标；
3、熟悉出口贸易操作流程，熟悉国际贸易商务规则；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英语听说读写能力优秀，会俄语优先。
2、熟悉汽车整车出口流程，3年以上汽车整车进出口营销业务经验，具有客户资源者优先；
3、思维活跃，对管理和运营有想法，具备优秀的客户沟通能力和抗压力；
