designer岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.负责 PC 端、移动端、Web 整体视觉风格和 UI 设计，定义并管理设计资源；
2.负责制定视觉与交互的相关设计方法，帮助创造良好体验的产品与服务；
3.参与产品和业务的规划，并提供专业意见；
4.负责优化项目流程和设计过程，并建立设计规范，推动统一的产品设计标准；
5.与产品团队、开发团队、项目管理团队以及合规性和安全性团队等沟通协作，制定详细、适用的产品、解决方案设计实施计划；
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、艺术设计、美术学等相关专业毕业；
2.5 年以上移动端、PC 端产品设计经验，熟悉视觉设计相关方法，熟练使用设计软件，具备 UI 动效设计能力；
3.有完整的项目案例，能够独立中大型项目的UI设计，搭建组件库，制定设计规范； 在产品市场调研、用户故事设计、敏捷产品开发、用户体验和用户界面设计有扎实的知识和丰富的经验；
4.具备良好的审美能力和洞察力，具备较强的学习意识和能力，能够创造性的提出设计方案并落地；
5.在制药/医疗健康行业多个接触点的客户体验、服务设计和旅程管理以及产品设计方面的工作经验，有扎实的市场趋势知识，了解制药/医疗健康行业*新的数字产品和应用；
6.擅长跨职能沟通，能够管理与业务利益相关者的高效沟通
7.具有创新和创业精神，能够在模糊和复杂的环境中管理优先事项、解决障碍、做出决策并产生影响

岗位职责：
1.负责射频前端滤波芯片的电路设计与仿真优化
2.主导CMOS/SOI工艺下滤波器关键指标调试
3.完成版图设计及后仿真验证
4.编写技术文档并支持量产测试
任职要求：
1.硕士学历，微电子/电子工程专业
2.3年以上射频IC设计经验
3.熟练使用ADS/Cadence仿真工具

工作职责：1. You will be making the economic robust electrical tender design the bidding projects, calculating the material cost of transformer, completing the preparation of corresponding bidding technical documents.
2. You will be focusing on customers, understanding customers needs, providing technical consultation fcustomers.
3. You will provide technical support fMarketing & Sales, Project management, Supply management, Workshops, Test center Customer service.
4. You will assist in data statistics sorting.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external internal regulations, procedures, guidelines.

任职资格：1. You hold a degree majoring in electrical engineering, masters degree above, graduated.
2. Proficient in the use of MS-office software.
