技术项目管理岗位职责

职位描述
1. 负责制定线控转向系统powerpack总成及其零部件的详细开发计划；
2. 负责跟踪线控转向系统powerpack零部件的设计、评审、测试和交付；
3. 负责跟踪线控转向系统powerpack总成装配、测试和验证；
4. 负责牵头线控转向系统powerpack总成及零部件的问题整改；
5. 负责跟踪线控转向系统powerpack总成的生产和交付。
职位要求
1. 本科或以上学历，机电一体化、车辆工程、电气工程等专业；
2. 具备3年以上转向系统powerpack项目技术管理经验，熟悉双冗余电控转向系统开发流程，具备至少1个完整项目的开发经验；
3. 有责任心，良好的沟通协作及逻辑分析能力；
4. 熟悉CANoe、CANape等开发测试工具；
5. 有线控转向系统开发经验者优先；
6. 有CAN总线通信、UDS诊断服务、AutoSar 软件架构、系统功能安全（ISO26262）等基础知识者优先；
7. 有一定整车转向系统驾驶评价能力者优先。

Job Description
1. Planning Prioritization
1）Ensure the technical feasibility of the solution incl. manufacturability in compliance with requirements attainment of targets fcosts, time schedule, risk quality
2）Coordinate the interfaces between SW-, EE- ME-development, focusing on potential conflicts cross-discipline impacts between the individual solutions
2.  Technical
1）Develop a technical concept fthe product to be developed based on the customer internal requirements, together with the discipline architects
2）Ensure the compliance with legal internal requirements (e.g. platform concept fembedded controller, standard components similar) Customer Standards
3）Identify, analyze document special characteristics
3. Method
1） Ensure the availability of a D-FMEA Facilitata clear understanding of his responsibilities in the project
2）File the system architecture-related documents in the configuration management system
Qualifications
1.In-depth experience with the product portfolio-Technical Expert
2.Good knowledge of the product components (electrical engineering, software, mechanical engineering)-Technical Advanced
3.Knowledge of development (all disciplines), test, integration production (sample final product) processes-Technical Basic
4.Planningganization-Process Advanced
5.Capability to take initiative- soft skill Advanced
6.Capability to analyze technical problems-Process Expert

1.服务于美系客户NPI专案对接，包含build前的readiness 工程技术相关事项跟进，如工艺制程,设备夹治具DFM review,线体架设，LQ/GRR/Correlation 报告汇总，治工具调试进度跟进等
2.Build期间，测试组装异常跟进，拉通客户，研发，工程团队组织问题研讨解决
3.早晚例会(open&close meeting),主导FA report 客户呈现及问题解答
4.每个build阶段结束后，MIL,lessen learn ,yield summary report 整理，定期跟进问题解决，经验复盘
